Delivery zone ships to all EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic ofCyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK) and to the US.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. 

Delivery takes 3-5 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Delivery fee

Shipping is free for any order containing full-size products. Simply select Free shipping option in checkout.

Depending on your delivery country, a £15/15€/150SEK delivery fee will be added to your order if you order samples only.

Returns Purchases

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to [email protected]. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores. Return Procedure and delays

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, offers free returns with FedEx. Please follow the procedure below:

1. Simply email [email protected] and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. You will then receive a prepaid return label which you can use at a FedEx depot or through a scheduled FedEx pick-up of your package. If you would like to return your product in another way BYREDO do not offer compensation for the return fee.
3. Package your return item in BYREDO packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
4. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.
